Week 7 in the bag

To all those who like me struggled to run 2/3/5 mins and yet find themselves here week 7 done !! still having a slight mental battle you can do this ! I completed this last night changed my route to slightly cross country because I was clock watching. I took the dog for distraction and noticed nature at its best wild flowers waiting for that half way bell thankfully it happened just as I was about to bow out and start again another day. Thankfully this is a brilliant time to run all this positivity came to me and seems to Me Easter new life is a very fitting theme right now that niggley negative voice deep in my head is diminishing !At 52 over weight I’m begining to notice a massive shift so please keep at it the after effects are so worth it oh and my left middle toe bled and I didn’t even notice !
