Week 4 completed!

I completed Week 4 this morning! I might've accidently pushed myself a bit too hard for the first two runs because the last two runs were harder and more tiring! Oh well, lesson learnt! Also, I keep on getting stitches when I go back to the walking segments not running, what's with that?!

Was feeling a bit apprehensive about going on to week 5 but after looking at the runs, it's totally doable! Happy running!

It mentions in one of the recordings that they think a stitch is linked to dehydration, so make sure you’re drinking plenty of water, especially the day before.

Yeah it probably is because I keep on forgetting to drink enough water in general! But what baffles me is that the stitches show up when I get back to the walking segments, I'm fine when I'm running!

Well done..keep it slow and keep it steady... and make sure you hydrate well every single day too:)

This may help with the stitch... we all have different ways of dealing...
