Reached the end of Week 5.... sooooo pleased with this programme! I've never run in my life (except away from school games) and thought I just couldn't. I love it though. 20 straight minutes today. And the friend I used to run away from games with has just, co-incidentally, got to Week 9.

Love Laura's voice, btw.

It’s just amazing isn’t it?! The progress we make so quickly is just astounding. Can’t believe how addicted to running I am now!! Some people are caught out a bit by the start of W6 as you briefly go back to intervals. But they’re really great part of the training, by the end of it, you’re running!

Great job. I used to love running at school, but I’d never done 20 minutes before last year, it’s an emotional run. Now you absolutely know you can do this... slow and steady in the week 6 intervals and you got this.
