I’m currently on Week 5 of the plan, and surprisingly found that a warm bath helped me. Nevertheless, my legs ached the following day for the first 2 or 3 weeks. Since then, I’m usually feeling fine the following morning, so it didn’t take me too long to get over the aching!
I’m planning to fill the rest days with walks with the dogs. Regular venture out for me anyway, but I’m a little worried about my aches getting worse, struggling to get my limbs moving the following day. You know how sleep gets you. Haha
