Due to do this in the morning but as I have a bit of a sore throat and a few aches and pains shall wait until feeling fit. This is the first time I've felt unable to do a run and as week 9 is so special I am a bit fed up, or I was, but just been reading the email update from Parkruns and there's a story in it about a woman who started runs aged 83 and another who has had a heart transplant so my little niggles are nothing.

There was someone recently who graduated from C25K at the age of 83, not sure if it was the same person who you read about regarding the parkrun, but could well have been, there is a man in the 90/95 age group who competes in the Keswick Parkrun most but not all weeks who runs it in around 40 minutes, if he's not running he is a volunteer.
