Ooops but oooh!

I just accidentally added 2.5 mins onto my final 5 min, week 4, run!

The app must have paused when I changed my playlist over.... by the time I thought I MUST have done at least 4 mins ( and Laura still wasn’t saying anything encouraging), I still had 3 mins left to run!!!!!!!

I thought best to keep going as I had no idea how long it had paused for and didn’t want to run less than the 5 mins.

All this after I was informing my running friends of the importance of “sticking to the plan”!

Big ooops.

But also... ☺️

This happened to me - thought I was going mad but pushed on! No better feeling than accidentally going that extra distance!

this happened to me twice...get quite twitchy with the app at the moment. One when like you it froze (for how long I do not know) but when it resumed ran it to the end as normal. Second time it went off completely and when I tried to get it back it started from the beginning despite me turned at halfway point. Had to go off piste and try and use my watch which is bog standard not digital....not a happy bunny but hey we probably did more so big bonusx
