W5R2 you were active for 21 minutes. 8+5+8

W5R3 you are active for 20 minutes.

So you’ll be fine.

It really is a 20 minute run! I won't pretend to understand the science behind it, but it works.

Keep it really slow and trust the plan!

If it worries you then read this breakdown of W5 healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

It makes absolute sense and what's more.......it works.

I was dubious too, but once I had done it, I was so glad I tried; beforehand I was tempted to re-run previous runs, but I trusted the plan and it was awesome when I completed it. You are ready, you just don't know that you're ready. Trust the plan & believe you can, then you will.

It really does work...even though you think it may be scary you will surprise yourself. Positive thoughts that you can do this and you will. Good luck ! Enjoy it !
