So, struggled to keep going on this one! My legs were feeling like lead at the half way point and I did have to cheat ever so slightly and walk for a few seconds. I have yet to experience the 'buzz of running... or is it just the buzz when it's over! But I'm.not giving up yet. This was my New Year's Resolution (at age 62) and I WILL GRADUATE!

You will Graduate 😀. The buzz can creep up on you and then just out of the blue you will have a big smile on your face while you run and it will feel fantastic. Because I am a slow runner in the beginning I thought I wouldn’t ever feel like that and then out of the blue it came on a relaxed run. Happy Running. Rfc x

Keep going.... I know how u feel.... I just ran W8R1 today too...... I was ok today but struggled earlier in the programme...... I think the key thing is as the running time increases..... slow down if needed....... each run is different..... keep persevering

Of course you will ! Heavy legs can be a sign of poor hydration, so make sure you keep your fluids up. Well done for getting through 8:1 ⭐️
