Hi everyone, I started couch to 5k as part of a challenge from a work colleague to do #redjanuary and I must say im hooked. Im a 54 yr old Ward Sister who needs to get fit and have 30 mins of me time. My next run is run 3 week 5 😳 and think it will be more of a mental than a physical one, i ll let you know how i get on, looking forward to being part of this group.

Welcome to the forum, you are doing really well. You are quite right W5R3 is definitely a mental challenge, but may have faced it with terrible trepidation and successfully completed. You will feel great afterwards as well!

Brilliant, keep going. I am 60 this year and I am doing it to keep challenging myself and because I have a sedentary job.
