Hi everyone, I started couch to 5k as part of a challenge from a work colleague to do #redjanuary and I must say im hooked. Im a 54 yr old Ward Sister who needs to get fit and have 30 mins of me time. My next run is run 3 week 5 π³ and think it will be more of a mental than a physical one, i ll let you know how i get on, looking forward to being part of this group.
