On the cusp of W9 😳😳😳

Couple of things I learned today:

1) best to run in the morning, and not past the local restaurant just as the carvery is weaving a lovely scent past your nose 😊

2) if you have just recovered from a head cold, leave it for a day 🀧

However, made it OK just a bit achey but hey ho....

On another topic, anyone who does/is doing C25K in NR21 postcode or nearby....can you advise if there is a good park or off road loop anyone uses/suggests for practise 5K stuff...have used up my loop around the village and would like to keep off road...thank you
