So I ran 5k around The Serpentine in Hyde Park last Saturday. Felt super chuffed with myself😊Been away for 10 days working and no time to run. Back home and ready to continue running. Any tips on what I should aim for? 20 mins 3 times a week? Any guidance much appreciated as I want to keep 🏃♀️

5km 3 times a week, then how about taking a look at Bridge to 10km? Gives you a new goal and a program to stick to. Or there are C25k+ podcasts you could try out. Parkrun is fun if you fancy trying that out too! Well done and good luck 👍
