Just completed week 2 😊😁 woop woop. Feel good but I don't feel like iv toned it anyway, still look frumpy

Give it time JoanneV1986, if you follow the program to the book and eat sensibly you may notice a difference by the time you πŸŽ“ graduate, onwards and upwards to week 3

I'm onto week 5 and haven't noticed that much of a difference yet unfortunately.I feel much fitter though.

You will. I’m carrying a whole extra person in fat (I call it Ethel) and after working at this since September, I notice a real difference. I wear baggy clothes from preference so nobody else has noticed. Once I’ve lost a bit more Ethel I shall appear in something more revealing and stagger them all 😁
