Completed today by treadmill as too much snow around and didn’t want to delay my progress!! Went really well and I do feel stronger and really focused!! Love it and definitely having my new trainers which are really supportive makes all the difference!!! Bring it on 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
