Repeated this a few times finally got it today. Really enjoyed running in -5 kept the sweating and red face under control on to r3😊😊

Good on you . I like running in the cold too but -5 ! I did not run today as so icy and slippery .But i will run W8R3 tomorrow and i also had to repeat W8R2.
