Decided to brave the thick frost and -3 for w6r3. But couldnโ€™t get past 12 1/2 mins. So disappointed.

Don't be disappointed at least you went out for your run just see it as a practice run for next time when you'll do it good luck๐Ÿ˜Š

You ran for 12 1/2 minutes in -3 and you're disappointed? Don't be! Your body is still learning how to be a runner, so every run counts. I'm staying in the warm so you're already one up on me ๐Ÿ˜ Beagle has the right idea, treat it as a practise run, you've kept your body ticking over as it were.

You went out, you deserve a medal! I'm sitting on the couch waiting for sunshine! From where I'm sitting your effort looks fantastic ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ˜Š
