Never thought I’d need to convince myself to stay in as opposed to going out and running!
Knee deep in snow and it’s falling heavy, I’m going stir crazy, I have my windows open and can smell the fresh air, desperate to be out in it and running!
I’ll stay put and be sensible but it’s driving me crazy!

So sorry for you Deepestblue, snowing but you are very sensible in not going out running, If you have your windows open to feel the fresh cold air, how about doing some exercises in the house, that might make up for you not getting outside.
I’ll get some steps in somehow, one way or another. I’m not used to having a day off during the week, so I’ve invited some people over for a roast, once they’ve gone I’ll exercise to a YouTube workout 😁😁
Not sure if it's a good thing to exercise after having a roast, perhaps you should do those Youtube workouts while the roast is cooking or at least wait for about 90 to 120 minutes after you enjoy your roast.
I know what you mean about not being able to run , icy paths have stopped me twice from running and it makes me mad 😂 . Managed to run today though -3 but wasn't long in heating up 😊
