This is my second attempt in the couch to 5km, I think I got to week 3 then stopped a couple of summers ago. I determined to keep at it this time round. First time, went outside and ran. This time on a treadmill, is there anyone else doing the runs this way? I seem to not go so far in distance. Anyone else experienced this?
