I am with you on that one, I’m so slow! And there is absolutely nothing graceful or elegant about my running style.... more warthog than gazelle.....😂

Welcome and well done. Slow is good, don’t worry about pace, it’s all about building fitness and getting to 30 minutes, you can do it.

Well done. I run like a tortoise with two legs, slow is definitely the way, you can work on speed when you're used to running 😀😀

Hey Debboj

Wk1R1 is the hardest of them all, so well done for getting out there.

By completing this course you'll find that your fitness levels and stamina will increase, and you will find a pace that suits you.

Over time distance and pace will come....

Some runs will be easier than others, just take each one at a time 👍

The important thing is to enjoy your running journey and keep us posted on progress, we're all here running with you. 💪👏🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️
