Went out in the rain again !

Run was ok , bit wet . But then i got a blister as i was not wearing sports socks . Lesson learnt ...ouch !

So will repeat W7R3 on Sunday with a plaster on my toe and sports socks on 😁

Yeah, socks seem insignificant to the casual observer, but they can make a huge difference. Enjoy that run on Sunday.
