Just finished week 2 is tough but am getting there managed the whole running part without stopping. Find it helps me feel better in general is good for mental health also still think running for 30 minutes non stop may be too hard but will keep at it.

I never thought I could run either , I'm now on wk8 this plan is amazing stick with it good luck

Don't think about thirty minutes, just concentrate on the next run and in a few weeks, believe me, you will be running for 30 minutes.
