Just completed week one for the second time but still could not do the full 8 minutes of running. But did manage about 7 minutes. So back to week one ,next week. Every run makes you stronger. Take care we can do it

Don't worry about repeating runs , you're right it does make you stronger just make sure you're going slow enough good luck
It's all progress at the end of the day eh.
I've just done a 4th run of W2 it's 6x90 second runs and on the 4th one I only managed about 60 seconds so am a bit unsure whether to move up to week 3.
I don't care if it takes 18 weeks to get to the end. One of the guys on here wisely said it's a good training regime and not a box ticking exercise.
Maybe I'll go for W3 after all.
Good work running for 7 minutes by the way 👍🏼 not long ago that would have terrified me.
Take care

Well done.
Have you read the guide to the plan? healthunlocked.com/couchto5... it is full of tips.
Maybe you need to slow down.
