Just done w1 r3 and for the first time I managed to do all the 8 runs so feeling better with myself. I don't feel ready to move on to w2 yet so will do w1 again next week

You've completed wk1 so why not go ahead and do wk2 you might be surprised you're ready for it have faith in yourself and the program 😊

Hi Molly: another Molly here (although it’s not my actual name)! Have a go at week 2: all the advice on here is to only repeat a run if you can’t complete it, and the programme is so cleverly put together you may well surprise yourself! I have to say I surprised myself weekly! There’s nothing to lose by having a go! Good luck whatever you decide 👍

Of course you can repeat, but stepping outside your comfort zone is more empowering than repeating the the thing you know you can do.
