Tried this run about 2-3 weeks ago and found it impossible . So I decided to do wk7r3 for a couple of weeks then tried wk8r1 again and hey Presto I did it today so chuffed just needed some extra practice . I don't like quitting at anything so I will keep trying until I get it and I did. So for anyone else struggling a wee bit just keep trying it comes eventually 😁😁😁

I did this run last night in freezing conditions. The first 3 minutes were hell.... cold joints and heavy breathing. It all came together shortly after, although I am getting slower with the longer runs.

Slow is fine, I need to keep telling myself that as I seem to go a bit fast and can tell with my breathing so slow down and it helps

Yeah, I’m pretty much resigned to the fact that I won’t be doing 5k in under 30 minutes now. But I will definitely do 5k in one go, which I never would have thought 8 weeks ago.
