Only week 2, and definitely slow. With all posts / comments saying that slow and steady is the way to go, this seemed very relevant. OK - some of you are at the 5k / 10k and more distance, but either way... we all deserve RESPECT! :-)

I am a slow runner, and I enjoy it. If I can get out there in all weather and enjoy the world around me as well as the feeling of the run then that is what it is all about! Also with being slow I get to enjoy it longer?! haha!

I’m taking it slow as I’m a complete beginner, I figured it better to take it slow and learn to love it than to go too fast and resent the exhaustion
