Have you tried planning the next step? new route? park run? building up to a 10k? Maybe that will give you the buzz back?
That was me! But in the end I didn’t want to not do it, you will get there! Good luck!
You know you can do it... maybe that’s it, you don’t want to end the plan, if so there are other running plans for you to do after it.
