W8R2 mishap

Started my running playlist as I was leaving the house and started my 5 minute warm up. My music unexpectedly stopped, so I reached for my phone that was strapped to my arm and hit the play button again and carried on..... didn’t notice anything unusual as I started my run until about half way through. Unbeknown to me, as I left the house, wifey asked the Google Assistant to play Hall & Oates while she relaxed on the couch. So instead of all my upbeat music I ended up listening to a load of easy listening s***!!! I’m surprised I actually finished the full 28 minutes. Go me!

😂. I’m amazed you’re not still running with the pace of that music!

Well done on that run... 4 to go... enjoy the music and the run next time.

That made me laugh! Well done firstly for finishing, and secondly for not throwing your phone under a bus. That's running commitment for you!!
