W1 Completed!

Just finished W1R3. Very proud. Enjoyed start, but tired halfway through, so took it really slow. Still haven't found the right route & ended up doing a 12 minute walk at the end to get home (duh!). Bring on Saturday when I'll start W2.

Well done to you SingerSarah on completing the first week of C25K, you deserve to be satisfied and very proud of yourself. Onwards and upwards to week 2 when you might find a shorter walk back home 🏡.

Brilliant! Well done for completing W1. It took me a few try’s before finding the right route too. You could try just turning round when the halfway bell rings on the app 😁

Great job... and a nice walk to get home will only help the legs! Slow is a good way to do this, no worries there... maybe try setting off at that slower pace and speeding up at the end sometime, it’s good fun. Enjoy Saturday’s run.
