Well that was hard. I ran mid afternoon though and I am definitely happier running earlier. On Friday I will definitely revert to running first thing!

Hard run... but it made you stronger, and you learned something about yourself, so that run gave you so much. Great job completing it, enjoy run 3

I went off running and couldn't work out why. I'd changed to a midday run because the weather was getting colder. Just thought I'd try an early morning run to see if I could breathe ok in the cold, and, hey presto, I could, and I like running again. Interesting, how much difference the time of day means!
