I've just come back froy 3rd run of week 8, and while I'm still plodding along, I honestly think that's the longest amount of time I've ever run in my life, and I'm 47!! Whoop whoop, fab programme! Happy running all.

Great run... don’t worry about pace... and 28 minutes is more than most people have ever run... if not done 20 before this plan and I was a runner at school. Keep up the great work... you know you got this... week 9 is your victory lap.

Amazing! Well done! I’m just about to start week 4,after a gap of three days, now the torrential rain has stopped in ISRAEL, where I’ll be until the end of week 6. I understand this is the hardest week. I haven’t run since 1965, on the netball court at school!
