Hi, I felt the same. In all honesty week three was ok, just don’t over think it, go nice and steady, keep your head up and you’ll be fine, honest. I was surprised how quick W3 actually was.

Don’t be dreading any part of this amazing program - your running legs, cardio etc are all developing as you work on each week, so you will be ready for the next step. Relax and enjoy! 😃

You’re doing great... you can do week 3... relax and believe in yourself a little... you’re going to amaze yourself so many times. At the end of next week you’re 6 weeks from 30 minutes... that’s scary, huh? You’ll be ready for that too... this plan rocks and you are amazing.
