Yay! 2nd run done.

So I did my second run this evening after work after spending the whole day debating whether I should or not. I found it harder to get going on the first couple but by the end I felt I could have carried on and done a bit more! I remembered today why I used to love running and I’m already looking forward to my next one. Hurrah.

Great job... early parts of a run are usually the toughest... but you finished with something left in the tank and that’s really good. Enjoy run 3
