Hi I ‘m new to forum, started C25K a few times, was really determined before Xmas, got to week seven run 2.
Not ran for 3 weeks need some motivation
I would go back to 7:1 and start from there. Register for parkrun and go next week. I had to go back to 6:2 from 7:2 after being ill. I did 8:1 at a New Year’s Day parkrun, my first parkrun. It was originally to be my graduation run but hey ho life doesn’t always go to plan. 8:2 at the Saturday parkrun today now I’m back in the motivation zone 👍
