I started the year off by completing C25K. It has taken me much longer than 9 weeks but I don't mind that.

Time to celebrate and continue regular jogs.

Thank you to everyone here who has given encouragement and support.

What next? Parkrun? 10k? half marathon?

I've done Parkrun so will continue with that. I'm happy with my distance, 5.1km in 30mins so may very gradually increase the length of time I run for and see what happens. 10km seems such a long way.
