I hate a run when you are constantly clock watching for me it is the worst. Happy running Rfc x

Music, the "I love running" mantra and just looking around, anything to occupy the time is best I find! I've been advised to mix up running routes to make it more intersting. I'm looking online for some 5k running loops in my area!
