2019 off to a good start. As I’d hoped W5R1 wasn’t too bad compared to the W4 runs so waiting to see how I will cope with 8 minute runs in a few days time 🙂

Congratulations on getting to week 5 of C25K, just as you were regarding those 8 minutes and then the third 20 minutes run, you can do it, by the way, Happy New year.
