So pleased I got out today: had a 150mile round trip this morning for my sonโs rugby match (they lost ๐) but when we got in I got straight into my kit and out before it got dark and french homework got in the way. Really enjoyed this run: I think I have my knee issue under control too. Photo was me a minute or so into my cool down walk: if you look you can see how the road falls away, which was my final uphill minute. Apparently hills make you stronger....! All in all Iโm a happy bunny this evening. Enjoy your week, everyone x

Iv been known to go and do my run while my daughter is warming up for her football match. The parents think Iโm very dedicated to running now ๐
Hills make you stronger, faster, and able to run further on flat... Theyโre all good, apart from maybe the running up them bit!

Well done! Struggling after and injury at W3r2 so rested for 3 days and did W3r3 today. Not great and the ice pack is my friend. Next week will be make or break I think re continuing through or resting for longer whilst doing strengthening and stretching exercises. Happy next run!
