Completed this run this morning and I felt it was a bit more mentally challenging than W7R1 however I mixed my route up at the last minute and was so pleased I did. The first 10/12 minutes were a steady incline which is what I like to do followed by the final half being a steady decline when I am getting a bit tired. I felt like I was going very slow today however I was surprised to find out that I had done 4K.
I came across some cows crossing the road so began to jog on the spot to allow them to do their thing but the farmer came and parted them so I could jog through, felt like a queen... cows didn't seem impressed!!
