Can I or can't I? Maybe I am being too ambitious? These and other thoughts run through my mind each morning before I run. One thing that really got me to put my running shoes is the friends I have made along the way.
When I come on this forum I get so much encouragement. All you runners are awesome. I appreciate all the tips which have really helped on my journey. I am not done yet of course. I don't think I ever will be. This is my life now. Truly stung by the running bug.
For those who maybe struggling I say - don't give up. Run your own race, keep your pace and rhythm. Don't compare yourself with others - just stay in your lane and do your own thing.
Happy running!!!
