So, last night my neighbour came home from the south west and presented me with a couple of gallons of the lovely apple juice they make down in that wonderful part of the world. I don’t know what happened, but after a few glasses I came over all funny, staggering and dizzy. I thought I’d best go to bed and rest, obviously having a small glass of apple juice for the vitamins.
So, this morning I’m feeling great, maybe just a wee bit thirsty. I avoided having apple juice with my breakfast, I’ll try another one later, maybe two. Been on the water all day, but knew I was going to suffer on my run today... but no... I set off nice and slow and everything just clicked in to place... the I really enjoyed this one and it flew by. I felt like I could have gone on forever, but Sarah said to stop and although she’s lovely, I bet she can dish it out when she wants to. Walked home, shower and nice cup of tea.
So I heartily recommend Apple juice.... and I need to move to Somerset. Week 7 here I come!

The Wurzels and their 1976 hit "☺️I am a Cider Drinker" 😪 comes to mind when reading your post of today. Glad you liked your run after drinking that wonderful 'apple juice' which was given to you by your neighbour😊. Tomorrow I will be doing W4R1 as I am repeating all the runs because I have been off📴 running 🏃 for about 6 weeks due to that hip injury I had 🤔😢which is completely better.
The best type still has loads of bits in it and supplied in gallon containers... but enough about my childhood... good luck with W7 and I love the t-shirt!
Great job ! Oh, so that's how it's done... "Apple juice" ! That bit of instruction was missing from my app. I had some tonight along with crepes, but how long before a run do you think one should ingest some for maximum effect ? 😂
Mmmm...I’m glad you felt great after a few glasses of ”apple juice”! 🧐 Looks like the top up one for extra vitamins worked a treat 😉! Wk7! That’s brilliant!! 😁❤️
