This is a sneaky stage... but did it! Really enjoying the app and in 6 weeks I feel fitter, less anxious and I'm sleeping better. I never knew there were so many positives to running! I have got a bit of a sore back this morning. Not sure if that's normal the morning after a longer run but I'm sure it'll be fine. This forum has really helped me along the way!

Very well done... it is a tricky run for sure, nearly caught me out. Some pain in the back is the same as the legs, your core is doing something new too, core strengthening exercises help.
