I’m supposed to be running my week 3 day 2 tomorrow evening after work (last run on Sunday). But I’m not sure what to do as tonight I did my Zumba class and really lacked energy. Almost as soon as I’d started my legs (lower outsides) started really aching again (they have been doing this during/after runs). My body is really tired and achy now. ☹️

It won’t hurt to take an extra rest day... it’s an intense programme and maybe it’s caught up with you a little... see how you feel at run time, and don’t go if you know it’s not there... but if it is, use it and run.
I decided to take an extra rest day. My body and mind is so tired and I don’t want to pick myself so much that I give up or stop because I cant physically do it. I don’t think it’s the Zumba as I’ve been doing that for longer than running, also i ran last week the morning after Zumba. I think I’m just extra tired. I’m going to pick it up on Friday and hope it goes ok.
