Weather is getting more run friendly isn’t it . Nice run along the coast and felt good, quite a head wind to start and up a hill, but I think it’s good to tackle hills rather than avoid, esp now my injuries seem to be healed . Touch wood !!! Happy running all 🙌🏃🏻♀️

This is PERFECT running weather, I think! Have been loving the nip in the air early mornings. Feeling happy to be alive now it’s cooler on my runs (rather than the hot mess I was throughout the summer heatwave!) Well done on your run!
