I completed W3 yesterday and am delighted with myself. I've looked at W4... such a jump! The nerves are getting to me about doing it tomorrow. Any tips or motivation plz? Thanks x

DON'T PANIC
I worried about every run until about week 6 when it suddenly occurred to me that the programme seems to work! So save your nervous energy and think happy and positive thoughts. If I can do this, you certainly can. Take it nice and slow and enjoy the sense of achievement. You are ready for week 4
Thanks helenwheels! Went out today and completed W4R1, my legs were sore, but I took it slow and finished. Although I was concerned that at one point I swore i saw a snail passing me 🤔😂
My w3r3 was awful ( I could have walked faster!) because I tried to run with a sinus headache. It was my first run that made me want to cry. I dreaded w4 and put it off for 2 days...it was completely doable! I’m now about to step to w5 and back to loving it. I agree with the mantra that is often quoted “trust the programme”.
