Well to say I was dreading the last run of WK5R3 it’s been great, I ran with my neighbour and we talked all Way Thro the 20 minute Run and I even managed 25 minutes!! I must say what a big help this couch to 5k as been to me😀

I do my R3 in the morning and am a bit anxious but seeing posts like this helps put me at ease. Well done and enjoy W6 x

Ty and keep going if ya get tired just slow it down a little bit until ya get ya breath back you will get better xx I was the same at the beginning but the difference in a couple of weeks is unreal xx we can do this 😘💪🏃‍♀️

Slow and steady does it... all the time..the only way to reach the 30 minute runs injury free:)

Keep it slow and steady...just do those brisk walks and run the runs... no more :)
