I completed Week 8, run 2, then I went on holiday - I have not done anything for a month and not sure if I should go straight to Week 8, run 3 or go back a couple of weeks - any advise would be much appreciated 🙂

All the runs in W8 are the same, so it doesn't matter what you call the run............just go and see what you can manage.........if you run for 25 minutes call it W7R3, if you run for 28 minutes call it W8R3.

We don't lose condition very quickly, but a month may well show a lack of training.

Thanks - I’ll give it a go 👍

I’d just run. Start W8R3 at your normal pace... you’ll either finish it or have to stop... the time left in the run if you do stop will show you where you at at. You could well surprise yourself and complete it. Relax and have a free run, at worst it will be a practice.
