No smear check today thanks, but had a lovely lopey 4k run earlier! Nice coolish conditions and a happy little Labrador trotting (slowly!) along by my side! 🏃‍♀️ 🐕

Sounds lovely! My dog will run alongside for a bit until a pheasant/squirrel/anything appears then she’s off unless I’m armed with treats and a ball which doesn’t make for a relaxing run! 🙄

Ahhh, that’s why I have one of those waist attached hands-free leads! When (😅😅😅) I turn into a gazelle I might need to rethink that, but for now she’s happy pootling along - and she tows me sometimes too. #win-win 👏👏
