After a week off with only an โeasierโ run between that one and today, it was tough going back to my usual route with inclines. ๐ Legs felt like concrete and my pace was way out. I went far too quickly in the first 10 mins and paid for it in the last 10mins!! I was even counting down the minutes, something that I have not done for a number of weeks now.
Slow and steady .....I know ๐๐๐

Dragging yourself over that line shows a lot of what you need to do this. That easy run is a curve ball as I said earlier to someone... it throws people, and the next run getting back to normal will be difficult. You passed a big test and now youโre into the โjust runโ phase of this. Youโre doing great.
Well done for completing Dee! Thatโs brilliant! Be proud that you didnโt stop. Some runs are like that, but youโve done it and itโs in the bag!! The next run will be different! Youโve got the measure of it, so no need to worry! ๐ Congratulations to you!โค๏ธ
W6 is a notorious nasty one. But sounds like you've cracked it. You've got a load a running buddies cheering you on and once you've done R3 it's all lovely from there to the end of the programme.
That podium's being polished up right now for you xx
Always late to the party!! Only just seen this Dee_N ๐ฑ๐ฑ More fist pumps coming your way ๐๐๐ Well done for completing with the dreaded concrete legs Waaaaah!! ๐
Yay! You just went and did it, well done! I've only just seen this too ๐๐ but you know that in a psychic-telepathic way I was telling you to get out there don't ya ๐
