Stuck in week 7 , completed WK 6 no probs then had 2 weeks off because of work then another 2 because of holiday , tried to start week 7 failed big time.... struggling to run 10mins , should I repeat all week 6

Take a step back and repeat the run youve just done. Your muscles have had a good few days of down time and just need to be woken up again including your lungs.

interval runs were fine.
But I was unable to complete the 25 mins continuous running in week 6 run...
