I have started my journey again ..Could do 15 min ...So I put laura on today at week 7 run 1 ...It felt strange to try and do 25 min ..But I did it ...I'm chuffed to bits ..As I was so down ..Not being able to run when I was on ic ....So on wards and upwards ..Good luck to all with your journey and best wishes to all on ic ...Happy running 😊😊
