I remember them! Hopefully they’ll know how much we’ve missed them and stay a while.

Lol!

I have been in my cycling shorts for 2 hours waiting for a gap between showers/ downpours. Running in the rain is great, ( on the IC) but cycling in the rain?? - Yack! 😂

The garden is happily slurping. 😄

Yes plus thunder, lightening and rain ( not really enough rain for the plants). I thought today's Parkrun may be called off due to the threat of more lightening but gladly it was still on - there was a slight drizzle muggy 'close' weather ('close'might just be a northern expression ) and still a bit too hot for me but I did it .... slowly but did it.

The word 'close' is also used where I come from in Scotland, you can also use the word 'muggy', oppressive as well, officially it means the weather is HUMID, certainly not good for running, glad it's not as humid now after those thunderstorms. Where I live in Central Scotland there was thunder and lightning but no rain, however, only 5 miles away there was torrential rain, thunderstorms are what some weather forecasters call "hit or miss".
